I need to call
1) to request an extension cord for DH's cpap machine
2) to request a specific dining rotation
3) to get a list of movies (we are 12 days out)

We booked the cruise with DVC points. Do I call DVC services for these, or the general cruise line number? Thanks!

If you were traveling concierge, shoreside can take care of one and two for you.

If not you should be able to get an extension cord on board but you might want to contact special services to make sure of that since there's a medical need. Their email is
SpecialServices@disneycruise.com

Call reservations to make a dining rotation request. You could also check for what you want want you were on board on embarkation day. See the navigator for the location to make dining changes.

You can call 888-325-2500, choose the reservations option, then ask what movies will be showing the week you cruise.

For the cord just call Dcl. There's no need to go through the TA (in this case dvc) for that. Speaking from experience.

Probably the same for the other two!

Thanks so much! To call DVC, i have to get the DVC membership # from my mom, so it's extra steps involved .

You may not need an extension cord for the CPAP machine, although we have used them on some ships/rooms for my wife's machine.

You can also request distilled water for the machine. If you do that, you will get a gallon of water in your room. If you do B2B cruises, you may end up with a gallon for each leg.

You should start with DVC, but DCL should be able to assist. If the membership is in your mother's name she would have to call unless she has given you permission to deal with member services. Either way - both will be more than willing to help you get what you need.
