For my November trip, the airline changed my flight and messed up the times, so I had to reschedule my flight for one day earlier. I called Disney and tried to add an extra night to my reservation. I was told the code I used (the one that came out mid-August) was only valid for bookings by a certain date and it was past the date... so the one extra night would have to be a whole separate reservation and I could not apply the discount to it. $$$
In another thread, someone said the regular CMs could not apply the code to my extra night 'cause the code won't be in the system anymore, but I could ask to speak to either guest relations or guest services and see if they get me the discount on that extra night(they couldn't remember who I shoudl speak to). Anyone know who I need to ask for when I call? I want to make sure I'm asking for the right department so i can get this all straightened out and don't have to call again.
