As painful as it may be, I would suggest calling Disney to sort this out. That way all will be in place for your trip. The more people who call into Disney the more Disney is made aware of specific glitches that need to be worked out with the software/system. Yesterday I know the system was down for awhile for system maintenance. Hopefully this means that problems are being addressed it's just going to be a slow process. Once you have called and worked out your account I would write everything down somewhere in case there are issues in your trip. Write down your ADRs and confirmation nos., printout out your fastpass selections and bring them with. When checking into your resort, ask for the Key to World Card with your resort and park tickets on it in case there are issues while you are in your trip.
