Sorry to say but unfortunatly nobody would be able to get you the room unless you gave them your login info which would not be safe since rooms are not tradeable. If you have a trusted person you know in real life that could try to play for you with you there that would be my best suggestion. If I could trade/gift you one I would have been glad to otherwise

Yeah, like.. You'd have to do the quest in the park and visit typhoon lagoon. Maybe they'll do it with BB.

Let's hope not. Having a room available through an in game quest is very cool of VMK!
