What a great thread.

Hi! My name is Elizabeth. I am 24 almost 25 and am returning to college to finally finish my degree this semester. I left college when my dad got sick in order to take a fulltime job to help keep us afloat. With the downsizing the company did I was let go in December 2008 and am still looking for a job.

I live in NE Ohio with my mom and my two kitty girls, Caly and Cleo. I love going to Kelley's Island in the summer months to experience the calm island enviroment.

I have loved Disney my entire life and have been twice. Once when I was 6 and once this past September.

In my spare time I love listening to music, watching movies, and reading. I am also getting into scrapbooking.

Hi all!
I'm Tanya, from Northwestern Montana. I have been married to my DH for 16 years, and have known him for 26 years, we have been best friends for most of that time. We have three beautiful daughters, and one really snobby cat.

DH is a cabinetmaker, I am a SAHM... mostly through the evilness of the economy in MT, more than a real desire to stay at home, especially since the kids are all in school full-time. Bored much? Yes, yes I am.... I do a LOT of hypothetical WDW vacation planning.

Last year, we embarked upon a grand adventure. We were accepted into the Mutual Self-help Housing program, and for 10 months, we and 8 other families spent more than 40 hours a week, in all sorts of weather, building houses. We finished last July, and now are homeowners! I can honestly say I had my hands on/in every part of my house (and my neighbors' houses) from the ground to the shingles, and I now know MUCH more about the business of building houses than I ever thought I would. I also know, without a shred of doubt, that I NEVER want to do that again.

In my spare time - and I have lots of it these days - I enjoy reading, scrapbooking, quilting, and internet . I am an admitted eBay junkie, and I am passionate about Gymboree clothes for my little kids. DD6 can wear different outfits for 2 weeks and never wear anything BUT Gymboree clothes (except for socks and underwear, those come from WalMart LOL). I am a reality TV junkie, and never miss an episode of Survivor, Amazing Race, or Dancing with the Stars. I also love reality networks like HGTV, Food Network, etc.

I love living in Montana in the summer - I think it is one of the most beautiful places in the world - BUT I hate it in the winter. I get so depressed and lethargic this time of year with the snow and cold and grey days. One of my fondest dreams is to pack it all up and move to Florida. With a new mortgage, and husband with a secure job, and a daughter in high school, I know that won't happen very soon, but I can still dream!

In the meantime, we hope to go to WDW this fall, possibly taking advantage of free dining, and meet up with some other family and have a Grand Gathering! I have been to WDW 5 times, and Disneyland 4 times.

Hi! My name is Leslie. I am 49 years old and I have been married for 26 years to my beloved husband Stevie. I have a 15 year old daughter who is a freshman in high school. When I am not at work she keeps me pretty busy, actually. Also, my other baby is our dog Misty. Misty is a 12 year-old Brittany. I work full-time in the financial services industry as a project administrator. I like to go to the gym most nights and during the warmer months I run and hang out by the pool. I like to read and, though I rarely seem to have time, I love watching movies.

Stevie and I are hoping to someday become snow birds. Right now we own a timeshare in Kissimmee so usually we visit WDW every April. This year we are changing things up a bit and going on a cruise.

I'm Peggy. I'm 57 years old. I live in Windermere, Florida with my 21 year old daughter, Kendall. We live five minutes from WDW property. Of course, we have annual passes to WDW, Universal, Seaworld and Busch Gardens.

Prior to moving to Florida, we lived in Kansas City, Missouri. I have a degree in education with a minor in English, but I worked for 30 years in the IT industry as a systems analyst and a systems manager. Since moving to Florida, I've owned and operated my own gift basket business (a lot of fun, but a lot of work and very little financial return). I've taught high school English and I worked for the Disney Florist. I am currently retired, but I am trying to break into the world of writing. I have written three children's picture books and am in the process of writing my first novel. Now, if I could only get published!

My daughter is in her last semester of her senior year of college. She is doing her student teaching and will graduate in May with a degree in secondary education social sciences. When she isn't attending school, she is auditioning for acting gigs. Acting is her first love.

We recently adopted two black lab puppies. Merlin and Willow are 14 weeks old and a handful!

I am Maridw. I am married with one DD, Nicole who is 22. We currently live in Panama City, FL and my DD is expecting our first grandchild in May.

Up until September I worked for the local United Way. My DH & I have been married for 17 years as of the 2nd of this month. We both love to go to WDW and other than going to CA to visit family would do that over anything else.

I have been taking dance lessons since 93 along with my DD. She stopped when she got into high school, but I still take them. My best friend is the owner of the dance studio where I go. Her DD and mine grew up together and are best friends too. We have always done alot of things together or had things happen to us together. (We both lost beloved pets in the same year ). Now her daughter-in-law is expecting 6 weeks after my DD.

I got my belly button pierced at 45 and plan on getting a Tinker Bell tattoo for my 50th birthday this year. I am still a kid at heart.

I love where we live right now, but would love to be closer to my parents and brother. We currently have 5 cats (Blackie, Babbette, Angel, Tinker Boo, and Miss Priss) and 1 dog (Dahlia). Of all our animals, only 1 was not a rescue. I guess both my DH & I are suckers for strays .

I love being able to talk about so many different things on the Disboards and always recommend it to people planning trips to WDW. At the dance school, I am the Dis guru.
