Who are Canadian peeps using for transportation now MCO to WDW?

We have an 8:45 am flight back to Canada and Mears Connect wants to pick us up (from POP) at 4 am (and we need to be there 15 minutes early). Anyone else have alternatives for a party of 11? This seems way too early.

Away We Go, was fantastic for our group of Seven last April. We have them re booked for this spring again this year.

You can call them and ask for a later time, or change your flight number/ time on their form to one that is more aligned with the time you’d like, which will force the system to assign a later pickup time.

Did you call them or use their online form? The form says not to expect a reply for 3-5 days and since we need transportation on Jan. 19, that is a little close for comfort.

May I ask how you know what time you're scheduled to be picked up? I've used Mears a few times and don't remember being advised of my pick-up time until the day before. Possibly things have changed? You're correct that almost 5 hours before your flight is a crazy amount of time to get to the airport!

I can't ever say enough good things about Cast and Crew transportation. Started by a couple of furloughed cast members and has grown to include vehicles that can easily handle your group!! Service is top notch, you fill out the form online and should get an email and then text within hours! You pay the driver, your credit card might get a $30 charge pending that never goes thru when you book it. You set the time you want them to pick you up to head back to the airport. On your way in they track your flight and you'll have a text as soon as you turn your wifi back on. They are allowed to use the limo drives which means inside the terminal for A & B and at the curb for C . They will come to the luggage carousel if you ask as well.
Not sure if you need it or not but they also have car seats and rent strollers.

yup that sounds early. we always used ME but we were going from AS, usually Music, and we got there exactly 3 hours before our flight

we are at Pop this year so your post made me so relieved that we will have a car, but my DD used Mears in August and it was no problem.

In the confirmation email that they sent there is an attachment which has the time they will pick up.

Uber is what we normally do but we will have 10 people this time and 4 in car seats.

Make sure you check out that company i suggested for sure. I know they can accommodate your group! It might sound pricey but we've always felt it was worth it to eliminate the stress.
They have screens to play movies or music going as well. The last trip we arrived on my birthday, the car was decorated and a birthday Playlist was on.

I'd highly recommend Orlando Magical Rides. We use them for every trip now. And with 11 people, it'll probably be the same price or even cheaper than Mears.

We used orlando transfer last trip a year ago as we needed a van for 10. They were the most affordable. Sergio was amazing on pick up at the airport. Had a grocery stop as well.

We had a 7am flight back to YYZ last week and we decided to stay our last night at the MCO Hyatt to avoid that issue.

We've always used DME-now Mears Connect and yes, they will want to pick you up 4 hours before an international flight and some times even for a domestic connection if your final destination is international. When connecting in the US (often IAH or DEN for us) they will happily change it to 3 hours before your departure if you ask.

Now having said that, there have been times when we have just barely caught our flights even with an apparently absurd early pick up time. So if we get to the airport with an hour or two to spare, I'm just fine with that. That's how we like to roll.

Yes we looked a that and I really wanted to go that route. However, they want over $500/room CAN and we have 3 rooms, so that was not going to work.

Same here. Lyft in Orlando is ridiculously cheap & comes in clutch
