I'm looking into getting a small white noise machine to use in our camper this year. I have one in there already but really need to get one that has a headphone jack in it. It also needs to have an option that I can run it all night. If you have any links to one with both a headphone jack and a continous option, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Have you tried LectroFan? I have the classic model that doesn't have a headphone jack, but this is the newer model below with headphone jack. It has the best sounding and non-looping white noise of any machine I've tried. Nice small footprint, but it really fills the room with sound. Can be bought on Amazon as well.

Can't you just use an app on your phone and headphones? You would have a lot more choices and many more uses. If you have an iphone those noise canceling headphones really do block out all noise, you might not hear a bear but you won't hear snoring either ;)

I think you would be a lot more comfortable with wireless buds if you're going to be sleeping in them. (Best to put a soft headband over them so they can't fall out at night.) As several pp have noted, a phone app with the phone on a charger and a decent set of bluetooth buds with good battery life should do the job with no problem, and they are easy to find at all price points.

If you don't have the newest smartphone it really isn't a problem. You don't need a new iPhone or Apple Airbuds; there are plenty of less expensive earbuds out there with great battery life, and they will also work with an Android phone if that's what you have. (I have Sony buds; they easily last 10 hours on a full charge). Running the white noise app for as long as you want will work fine if the phone is on a charger. Also, once the app is downloaded it will run without an internet connection or even without electricity if you have it connected to a decent backup battery (I'd say 10000mAh would absolutely last 8 hours even if you crank it fairly loud.)

FWIW, most newer earbuds will have a noise cancelling option built-in; it uses more battery, but it filters out outside sounds.

Smartphone app + stream it from phone to a wireless bluetooth small portable speaker. Hit play on phone, play the white noise all night. No need for ear buds or head phones.

I would think wearing ear buds/head phones while sleeping would be annoying. How about a cheap fan since those usually make enough noise to drown out othe sounds? In other similar threads people also mentioned a number of phone apps that accomplish the same thing for no charge.
