White Mtns - left hand side of Kancamagnus

Anyone ever go to the White Mtns and not do Story Land? For about 5yrs I took DS10.5 to Story Land, sometimes Santa's Vlg, etc.
This year Im thinking of the other side of the Kancamagnus - Flume Gorge, Hobo Railroad, Loon. Has anyone ever stayed at this side and where did you stay? There is a Comfort Inn w/indoor pool.

Don't remember where we stayed, but I remember loving the flumes . We used to have a ball exploring up there when we were young- I'm sure you can find lots to do with Jon!
