Whispering Canyon Menu on Christmas

We are thinking about having our Christmas dinner at the Whispering Canyon. Does anyone know what the menu will be like for that day? Last year in early December we had breakfast there. It had been one of our favorite spots in the past, but last year we were disappointed in the food. We've never eaten there other than for breakfast. How is the lunch/dinner? Is it a buffet?

I know that 2 years ago they served a traditional turkey and dressing meal for Christmas. We did not eat there, but I did see the menu.

No BBQ on Christmas Day. Usually turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, etc. I haven't seen the final draft yet though.
