I know Whispering Canyon has some fun "interaction" during breakfast (ask for ketchup). We'll be there for a 10 am breakfast in March with a fun loving, Disney loving group of 6 adults (2 couples 50ish and our 2 nieces in their early 20's). What are the fun tips and should I note anything on our reservation about "fun interaction"? Thx

I don't think you can request "fun interaction" by noting it on your reservation. It's completely going to depend on what server you get and how much "fun" they are willing to provide.

I agree. Your level of fun totally depends on your server. Ours was great, but I've heard of some that didn't have that level of interaction that they expected because of the server. My theory is that if you go in and all of you appear to be having fun already, they're more likely to "interact" with you.

I think it also depends on the interactions you give the server. When we were there on our honeymoon, there was this awesome family of adults sitting right near us. They were enthusiastic, bubbly, kinda loud- in a good way. The waiter was all over them, picking on them as much as they were joking with the waiter.

My DH and I were kinda reserved and our waiter joked with us a little bit, but not as much as the table next to us. We were fine with that, but I do think the impression and comfort level you give your waiter will help him/her determine how much to pick on you. Of course you will also need to have a waiter who is willing to joke around.

Yep, you definitely have to make it fun too. We had a GREAT time with our server. I even made him blush. LOL!

We went 2x on our last trip, we were satying at WL, once for dinner and once for breakfast. I will be honest, the breakfast was pretty quiet and subdued compared to the dinner. Hopefully, you will get a great sever that will amp up the fun.

Do they serve lunch and have the interaction as well?

Yes they have lunch, and yes, they interact then, too. We went in August of last year (the first week of August, to be exact) and had a lunch ADR around 1:00pm. There were very few people in the restaurant though, but our waitress was still great. Like others have said, I think they gauge how much to mess with you depending upon how you interact with them.

Ask for Mountain Momma, MT Wallet or Hickory for breakfast for your group. All those ladies are a riot
