Whispering Canyon Cafe?

Thinking about our possible March trip (waiting on DH to decide if he really wants to go). I have been making tentative plans like which park on which day and possible dining choices.

I was thinking of going to WCC on our MK day around 5 or 6, then going back to MK for fireworks at 8 pm.

How long does a meal here take? We would most likely get the all-you-can-eat skillet. Does that make the food come out faster? Would we have time to get back to MK for fireworks with a 6:25 reservation? Could also do 5:10 if needed.

I'd do the 5:10 reservation, just to be sure. I usually allow an hour & a half for each meal... and you have to factor in your travel & wait times if the restaurant is busy.

For some reason this meals seems to take us forever. I love the whole idea of WCC, (we love to stay at the the WL), but I just can not make myself love the restaurant. Last time we were there (we all had the skillet) we were there like 2 hours. Service was was not bad though our refills took forever to get, it was just a very loud, slow paced meal. I was sooooo ready to get out of there!
