Whispering canyon cafe lunch question

I saw that the skillet on the lunch menu doesn't include the brisket. Can I substitute another meat for the brisket? That was my favorite part of the dinner skillet.

You can ask, but be prepared to be told it is not possible. I didn't see any brisket or beef entrees except a burger on the lunch menu so it is possible that the brisket is only prepared in time for dinner service and isnot be available at lunch.
