Whispering Canyon BBQ sauces

I remember a thread a long time ago about Whispering Canyon not having all the special BBQ sauces anymore. Has anyone been there recently who can confirm or deny this horrible rumor??? Don't know if I want to go without the great sauces...

I remember only one BBQ sauce when we visited in December...I wrote for the recipe and discovered that it was actually a national brand that you could buy in most supermarkets..."Sweet Baby Ray's"...I think..but could be wrong about the brand.

I was the OP of that thread. The last time we were there we asked for the sauces. Our DS7 (has unusual tasts for a 7yr old) loves the sauces and we even bought a bottle of his favorite flavor to take home on an earlier visit. However the last time we were there they didn't have them.

The CM stated that the supplier could not keep up with demand and so the stopped serving the 4 sauces.

Now that has been a little over a year ago, and maybe they have secured the sauces again. We will find out in a few weeks. I'll let you know.

I was there a few weeks ago. I can confirm that the sauces are gone!!! I loved them too. I always brought several bottles home with me each trip. I even have a few left.

I asked my waitress about the sauces. She didn't know much more than the fact that they were gone. She told me she thinks they now use "Bulls Eye" sauce.
