While Cove Bar is closed . . .

Our favorite, must do every time is Lobster Nachos at Cove Bar.
My daughter and I enjoy our adult beverages and nachos at the end of the day. It is always crowded.

So what is everyone doing while this great place is closed? Is there another in park, great wind down location? We have enjoyed Trader Sams, but we also like staying in the park. Has any other restaurant picked up the fantastic lobster nacho item?

We are excited that our dates will allow us to see the new Pixar fireworks and parade!

What are your dates? Cove Bar will be reopening from March 16 to late May.

Otherwise, the Alfresco Tasting Terrace up above Wine Country Trattotia has the Fun Wheel drink on the menu along with some great Italian appetizers. We had the sausage flatbread with arugula and some Fun Wheels last weekend. It's a tiny space but not many people know about it. We had to wait about 20 min for a table for 4. It's super peaceful and chill up there. I recommend it!

I second the alfresco tasting terrace. Hubby and I had a great time there around sunset, with some great alcoholic beverages! It was very relaxing and I loved soaking up the atmosphere. I also love the cove bar, and felt this was a good alternative. We waited about 20 minutes. I also saw several people go grab a beer while waiting in line. Might do that next time.

Thank you for the replies. Only AFTER I posted this original question did I stumble upon the news that Cove Bar will re-open for a bit before the final make-over. We are thrilled as this will include our April 14 arrival date!
Although now that you have told me about the Alfresco Tasting Terrace, we may have to experience that too!
