Which would you pick....Yacht Club or Beach Club

We stayed at Yacht Club and loved it!! We have not stayed at BC, but we had chosen YC over BC because of the full balcony and we like the YC decor better.

Walking through BC, we felt that the lobby was a lot more hectic and loud than the YC, but both resorts are beautiful.

If we were choosing between the two again, we would chose YC for all of those reasons, but if YC wasn't available, we would have no problem staying at BC.

We have stayed at both and I like both! You can't go wrong with either. It just really depends on your taste and preferences.

BC is more upbeat, is closer to EP and the BW area and has a CS. Not all rooms have full balconies. YC is a little more subdued, is closer to the boat dock and is a little closer to the pool entrances. As I'm sure you know, both resorts have access to SAB and you can access the other resort through an inner hallway (if you want to get to Cape May from YC or Yachtsman's from BC for example).

We stayed at BC two years ago, YC last year and will be back at BC in a few weeks. I'll probably pick YC next year! I don't know if this helps, but I don't think you can go wrong either way.

I think it depends on what your personal needs are for deciding which resort it right for you.

If you plan to use the Market Place for some QS meals and want to be able to refill your mugs as you come and go, then Beach Club may be best.

If your looking to get off the bus sooner and be the first picked up, YC may be best.

Maybe you like the decor at one place over the other.

Maybe it's Christmas and the decorations at the BC lobby appeal to you more.

My opinion, you'll just have to take two vacations and decide which place you like best!

Stayed at both and preferred Beach Club, which is odd since I initially preferred YC's decor and lobby. We just had better service at BC. The lobby was more relaxing and comfortable. It didn't seem as spread out as YC.

We've stayed at both & love both, but push come to shove, we'd pick the BC.

I stayed at Yacht Club this past April. DH and I took a walk around the Beach Club and both agreed that we like the look and feel of BC better... For that matter we both really liked the Board Walk.

While YC was very nice, it really needs a refurb. The staff was great though!
