Which would you choose?

Agreed that you can't go wrong with any of them. Personally, I'd pick the Boardwalk if the pool was of little interest. The Boardwalk would be the quickest walk to DHS, and it's also not a far walk to the International Gateway entrance at Epcot. If you prefer to take the boat, the boat launch is pretty centrally located. At Beach Club, the boat launch is over on the Yacht Club side.

We stayed at YC in August. Walking distance or boat ride to both Epcot and Studios, plus the pool area (shared w/ BC) is awesome. Many places to eat either at Epcot or walk over to BW.

We stayed at YC last summer and loved it! It is great having your own balcony, and the rooms are a nice size. We also liked the pool and being so close to Epcot and the Boardwalk area. Also, YC did seem to be more quiet (less kids) than BC.

We love the Beach Club. The atmosphere is fun and family friendly, and the walk to Epcot is pretty short!
