Which would you choose

I am trying to decide between renting DVC points to stay at Saratoga Springs or trying a regular room in Disney's new AoA resort. I love all of the DVC resorts but Saratoga seems dull to me. We have a 2 year old who I think would enjoy the theming at AoA. But he also goes to bed so early that the balcony might be nice at Saratoga so we are not confined to a room at 8pm. Any suggestions?

AOA looks beautiful.....plus you can't go wrong with new!
I think the values appeal to the little ones, although the bedtime situation stinks! You just may find that you are tired after all the park touring and want to go to bed at the same time!

AoA looks like so much fun for the kids-and adults!! It gets my vote. Don't forget, your little one will be out of routine, like it or not, at WDW.
Ours would be so worn out from the morning that he would take a longer middle of the day nap and then stay up later at night. Normal was about an hour nap. At Disney, he was sleeping about 3 hours for nap. It worked out great...until we got home and tried to get back to normal.

I say to Saratoga now, and save AoA till your baby is a little older.

We are renting points and staying at SSR for the first time....super excited!! Your 2 year old will love the theme of the Value resorts, but then again she will get all of that in the parks. I remember when we took our youngest at 2 and having a balcony while your child is sleeping, to me, would be great! (very tired and whiny boy) We stayed at the Poly in January and loved the balcony, especially in the morning. Then Spring break, we made a quick trip and stayed at ASMu, although it was a nice room, we felt like we were STUCK in a tiny room trying to watch TV while kids slept. Believe me, you will need that break with a glass of wine at the end of the day!!
