I voted for Bistro
Kathy, really good, quality seafood places are a dime a dozen where you and I live. That's what I thought about when I scratched Narcoosses off my own list.
Raglan Road can be very loud, and the reviews are also hit or miss.
I can't comment on the Italian place. I'm Italian myself and going out and paying for Italian that never measures up to my own family's cooking seems very wasteful to me.
I also haven't been to Yachtsman, but a steak is a steak is a steak, yanno? Again, not a very "unique" Disney experience ... IMHO. YMMV.
So that leaves me with Bistro. You will have an extremely unique experience at Bistro. The menu isn't homogenized as some are saying most of the WDW restaurants now are. The prices are also in line with non-Disney restaurants in this category off property.
We're also picking our ressies for our fall trip. Funny, we like a creative menu and a kitchen where the chef is still in charge. Hence, we are leaning towards restaurants that do not accept the
DDP. So far, we're doing V&A, Bistro & I'm asking about Wolfgang Puck's upstairs dining cafe.
Have fun and hope you're doing well!!!
