We have stayed at CR and have stayed at CSR (though not business class). As moderates go, CSR is absolutely our favorite and we really enjoyed our stay there.

However, especially with young children, there is no question as to which I would choose -- definitely CR. The convenience to MK simply cannot be beat. If the kids are tired, walk them back to the room for a nap or an afternoon play at the pool. We thought the pools at CR were fine and in fact the round one sitting right next to the lake is particularly lovely.

Moreover, your comfort level in the room will be infinitely higher at CR. The moderate rooms are really not that much better than the values -- very tight with open sink area and a clothing rack for a "closet". CR rooms are much larger with normal hotel room bathrooms and real closets. No comparison in room comfort. CSR rooms are really only good for sleeping. You can really enjoy a CR room and balcony!

When we stayed at CR, we had a garden wing room on the first floor with patio. It was cheaper than the tower rooms and we loved it. The patio was very comfortable for sitting in the evening and the kids loved that bunnies hopped by from time to time.

If you can swing it, I would definitely pick CR.

I voted for CR as you will have access to the monorail, walk to MK, better and more restaurants in the immediate area to choose from and can watch the EWP from the beach and wishes from the 4th floor observation deck in CR

If you have the extra grand to spare, I'd say CR because it is just so darn handy to MK (loved being able to walk) however we decided to try CSR Business Class this time over CR (tower bay lake view) because we are going with my parents who will enjoy the more convention type theming and more scenic area (they've wanted to stay at CSR since it opened in like 1997) but wanted to be able to grab a quick bite on our way to a bus with the kids and be able to sit down with a glass of wine or light snack before the kids head to bed (or thereafter) to wind down. Neither sound like you could go wrong. Loved the CR though, kids loved it as well!
