Which would you choose and why

If given a choice of the Swan, Dolphin or AKL for a short visit, which would you choose and why? Only park we'll be visiting is Epcot, so S & D would be closer, but AKL has animals. Which has bigger rooms? Between the S & D, which is better choice?....I am just full of questions today. Counting on you "experts" to help me.

Well...
Swan and Dolphin..

Pros:
larger rooms
the Grotto pool is beautiful
walking distance from Epcot and MGM, not to mention the nightlife at the Boardwalk
Nice view, if you request and get the Epcot or Grotto Pool view

Cons:
not run by Disney
no real Disney theming
older, and the upkeep is not as good.

Animal Kingdom Lodge..

Pros:
Theming and atmophere
Animals
nice pool
great Disney run restaurants
great view if you get the Savannah view... pool view isn't bad, either

Cons:
smaller rooms
not as convenient to the parks
