Which weekend for F and W 2016?

Hello!
Not sure if there is a better place to post this but...
Which weekend do you think may be LESS crowded at Food and Wine?
Columbus Day weekend 10/7-10/10 or Veterans Day weekend 11/11-11/13?
I am planning a trip to Fort Wilderness for one of the weekends but not doing F&W then and would like to plan another weekend for it, preferable when it is less crowded.
I am thinking November would be more crowded since that may be the last weekend, but I've never been on Columbus Day weekend before so not sure how crowded that typically is?

I wouldn't do the November dates as you have selected the end of F&W and if you are interested in doing F&W things, the October dates are going to be better. F&W is always busy during the weekends, the weekdays are better.

I've heard of the Food and Wine Festival selling out of food items and souveniers in the past, so doing the later date may risk missing out on some of the offerings.
