Which week would you go?

Hi all! Now that Disney has confirmed Free Dining Dec 10-21, I need advice. We're currently booked at Kidani Dec 9-18. I was really hoping to avoid FD and the POP Warner kids the first week of December. So here's my question...if you had to choose, would you...

Keep it and go during Free Dining (9-18) or switch to OKW the first week of December?

Keep it, enjoy the resort, there will always groups and Disney is on a mission to fill the place all year long.

I'd keep AKL if that's where you really want to stay. I don't think FD & Pop Warner will increase crowds that much. However, I've only been once at that time, Dec. 1-11 last year.

I would keep what I have. You may find another reason that what you are changing to, also has something that could impact crowds.

I think you are over estimating the effect of Pop Warner. I have been there during PW, and the only time i ever noticed it was at night - at Universal.

I think you are pretty good either way. Your current dates are probably going to get quite busy the 17th and 18th. Other than that, I think you are fine any time 12/1 - 12/16.

I think you're probably right, the reasons I try to avoid PW are all because years ago when we went and they were there, we were at the same value resorts. They were loud, rude, and just awful. That said, they won't be at AKL so I should be fine. I think we're going to keep what we have and next year go the first week of December. Then we can compare and use our AP's for both trips.
