Which Week Would Be Best?

I need some advice on which dates would be the best for our next WDW vacation. We are looking for a time with low crowds since we will have a 3 1/2 year old and an almost 1 year old and we don't want to have to deal with long lines or hot weather.

Our options are:

December 2 - 10
December 9 - 17
February 2 - 10
February 5 - 13
February 12 -20

I voted for this one, as the week before is when Pop Warner football (and the cheerleaders) will be down at WDW. Plus it's a great time to go to see all the parks and resorts decorated to the hilt!

12/9-17th We do this week every year, christmas decorations, MVMCP, low crowds-no waits. Love it!!!
