Which week is April vacation?

Does anyone know which week is the April school vacation? Is it the week of 2/14 - 2/18 or the week of 2/21 - 2/25?

Understand the following : the large majority of schools still have spring break either the week immediately before or the week of Easter (and those are about evenly split). Both weeks you mentioned will be extremely crowded with neither being "better" than the other.
