Planning our first trip in November 2005. Any thoughts on which week will be the least crowded. I know Thanksgiving week is not good but wasn't sure if there was other events (thought I read something about Jersey week), wine festival, etc. Does anyone know the dates for those. Thank you.

We are going the week after Thanksgiving, have been there a number of times during that week and found it to be a "crowdless" time.

I was told by Disney customer service, that pretty much anytime the kids are in school, is a good time to come, and you will be able to find lighter than normal crowd gatherings.

hope that helps.

WE always go in November and find the second week (after Jersey wekk and before Thanksgiving) is very quiet. Last year most rides - even in MK were walk ons!!! :flower:

The week starting Nov 6th 2005 is "Jersey week" My schools are closed that tuesday, thursday & friday.

I'd say the week starting nov 13 would be good, as it's before Thanksgiving and after veterans day/jersey week.

I don't know what else is going on. There's always something!

After Veteran's day and before Thanksgiving.

This used to be value season too, another good reason to go during that week but now value season is after Thanksgiving.

Alot of walk-ons, some 15min. waits, sometimes my girls stay on the carousel for a couple of rides. Parks close earlier but you can see a lot more and ride more when you don't have long waits.

We were there last year 11/6-11/13. Found it a little crowded but not horrible. Still had difficulties getting some PS and getting on certain rides. It probably got empty after we left.

The last time we were at DisneyWorld my husband asked a CM when did he come with his family and the CM said they come the week after Thanksgiving and there are no crowds. Probably shouldn't have said that-now the secret is out! lol

We are going 11/13 thru 11/18 and we went last year at the same
time ( the week before thanksgiving) and it was not crowded the least bit
very if any wait times ( also the F&W festival ends 11/12 and Jersey week
ends the week before we go also)

We were there the first week of November last year. MK was CROWDED. The other parks (with the exception of AK on EMH morning -- the old one) weren't bad at all.
