which week in June??

Hi all, wish I was asking for myself, but I'm not! I have friends planning a FL trip in June. They can go either the 3rd or 4th week....which week would be better in terms of crowds? Would the 4th week be too close to July 4 and therefore bigger crowds? I usually go in the early spring, so I'm clueless.

We were at WDW from 6/17 thru 6/27 in 2000. The crowds were fine but we expected them and planned our schedule well in advance. However, we had been there many times before, which worked to your advantage. The parks are busy from mid-June through Labor Day.
