Which WDW resorts have beaches? Are you allowed to swim at any of them?
Thanks

Many of the resorts have beaches -- you are not allowed to swim in any of them.

Here are a few, off the top of my head.

Deluxe Resorts -- Poly, CR, GF BC/YC

Moderate Resorts -- CB

WDW Dolphin has a beautiful beach as well! With big white SWAN paddleboats anchored nearby. Swimming is prohibited, yet no one is posted to PREVENT you from entering the water. I would STRONGLY advise against swimming in any of the water areas near the resort beaches. The levels of bacteria are neither monitored nor managed (as guests are not supposed to swim in the water). Most have signs posted warning guests NOT to swim. Wild creatures also inhabit the water. On the other hand, the beaches ARE a lovely place to spend time together, watching fireworks at night, swinging, building sand castles and just lounging under the golden rays. The sand is soft, white and SUMMERY!!

:sunny: ;) Enjoy!!

The WL also has a beach!! And yes, you're not allowed to swim at any of them.

CBR has quite a few beaches. The beach in Martinique is a great place to watch the Epcot fireworks.

No swimming allowed.

I am so glad I saw this because I was picturing the kids playing in the sand and swimming in the lagoon! I probably would have told them that too. That would have been a shock and disappointment for them.
