Me and DH are going to Orlando in September, just the two of us. We are going to mainly concentrate on US and IofA but we have 2 days unused on our Hopper passes from last year (which I believe we can still use this year).

We both want to go to MGM, both to see Fantasmic and do RnRC and TofT but we're not sure which of the other parks to do.

I would like to go to MK again as we didn't spend much time there last year (only 1/2 day) and I would like to see Wishes and do Stich's Great Escape (as it wasn't open last year when we went).

DH would like to go to Epcot to do MS and Soarin' (which is also new since we were there last year).

So, out of the 3 (Epcot, AK and MK) which one would you choose and why?

Hi Wilma,

We are a child free couple, who love Orlando too.

A difficult choice, but, I would say MK as no trip to WDW is complete without a trip to MK; I get butterflies as I see the castle start to appear from the ferry.

There’s nothing better than been one of the first into the park and running down main street throwing small children out of the way (only joking…lol) to get to my favourite ride, but I known my DH prefers Epcot.

With a hopper why not do both MK in the morning and Epcot in the afternoon (or visa versa).

What ever you decide you’ll have a great time 

We too are child free, I would have to choose MK I think but I know that DH would choose Epcot (must be a man thing :rotfl2: ).

Although on saying that we only spent a couple of hours in AK (and part of that was for the parade) last time so if it was us then I suppose we would choose AK, but that is because we haven't really seen much of it. I agree with Jue why not try and spend a half day in two parks. :goodvibes

I agree with Julie...if you have a hopper, why not do both MK and Epcot? That would be a hard choice for me too! DH and I go every year (no kids yet), and I think we would lean towards Epcot. Nothing beats a romantic dinner in one of the countires!! We can't wait to go on Soarin' this year when we go! :earsboy:

Epcot is my favourite park, but then I HAVE to do MK as well. Personally, I can take or leave DS. Why not just buy another day or so?

If you can parkhop do that!

If not I would say Epcot.

Stitch's Great Escape is not that great, honestly! If you saw Alien Encounter it is very similar, just with the addition of Stitch.

I love Wishes though :)

We are most definitely not child free - we have 3!

We were there last year and to be honest I wouldn't be in a rush to do AK again, although the parade is great.

I would probably forgo Wishes and do MK till mid afternoon and then hop over to Epcot. Epcots fireworks are fantastic! :cool1:

Hard one - but I would say as you are going at the time of year the Food and Wine Festival is on at Epcot pick that one :)

Personally I'd do AK for a morning and then go to MK for an evening when spectromagic is on, then spend the other day in epcot

Kaylee, I don't think the food and wine festival starts until after we come home :sad2:

I think, though, that we will probably do a morning at Epcot and hop to MK for Wishes, then a morning at MGM and hop to Epcot for Illuminations (although I really would like to see Fantasmic). Decisions, decisions :confused3
