Which waterpark to visit

We will be in Disney in late March with my 2 year old, 9 and 12 year old. They are not overly daring so I want to pick the more "mellow" of the two. Any thoughts on which one offers more of the calmer rides? Most people want the opposite i'm sure. Thanks in advance!

I prefer Typhoon Lagoo in general, but both parks have plenty of mellow stuff. The wave pool at BB is much smaller, and only has tiny "bobbing waves," and TL has up to 6' waves, although there are plenty of shallow areas where the kids can play. Shark Reef at TL is also fun, and anyone who can use a mask and snorkel can do it (life vests are available if they little ones cant swim).

I think TL has better areas for little ones, BB has a "teen area". My DS was 3 at the time and swam with the Sharks at TL. The CM gave him her goggles, because the snorkle masks were too big for him. He held on to DH and kept putting his face in the water to see all the fish. He had a blast. It's a daring experience, but not thrilling like that huge slide at BB!! We also were able to all go onthe family raft slide and float in the lazy river. My vote is for TL!

Most definetely TL! It is much more relaxing. It also provides much more shade, which I find to be a major plus when beating the Florida heat. It has a really great kids' section too!

Even though BB has more rides, I have always preferred TL (except when River Country was open) - like to just chill somewhere near the wave pool. The water rides are also good for a wimp like me (except Humumbakarabunga sp?)
