Which Water Park

What water park would you recommend and why for a strong swimmer who is 8 years old?

Definitely TL. Both of my kids love it and are good swimmers. It's the wave pool that wins hands down!

Have you also been to Blizzard Beach? How is the wavepool different than at Blizzard Beach? Thanks in advance.

The wavepool at BB is much tamer. The waves are smaller and constantly moving. They don't knock you down. The waves at TL will literally knock you down and water goes over your head. You can body surf the waves at TL. I like TL because there are many things to do that are laid back compared to BB where there are more exciting slide and tube rides. My kids like TL because of the wavepool and the shark pool. There are also tube and slide rides there that are fun.
