Which water park?

We will be staying at the Beach Club in August and have a free fun day included in our package. We have a 6 and an 8 year old. They are not the most daring when it comes to water slides. Which water park would you suggest for their ages and why? Thanks!

When my kids were younger, they preferred Blizzard Beach. They have some really cool kids only areas, and there is a family raft ride that we all enjoy. Typhoon Lagoon is a prettier park to me and also has some good kids areas with smaller slides, but the wave pool is very rough.

Blizzard Beach would probably be best for the kids.The have good kid areas, and good slides that are well suited for the younger guest. It seems Typhoon Lagoon suits more to teenagers and adults. The wave pool at Typhoon Lagoon is very fun, although with younger kids it can be easy to lose them especially when the pool is crowded.
