Which Water Park will be open in January?

I have gone to WDW in January a couple times before. I have been very lucky with weather and have enjoyed a day at Blizzard Beach both times. I really want to try Typhoon Lagoon (especially since they have the new Slush Gusher) but I'm worried that it will be closed for refurbishment again in January. Do they always close TL for refurbishment in January or do they rotate between TL and BB? Thanks!

For several years now, they have closed TL in Jan and Feb. I know that isn't what you want to hear, but there you go.

I think actually until 2005, Typhoon Lagoon was always closed from about November 1 to about December 15, and Blizzard Beach was shut down from around January 2 to the Friday before Presidents Day. In the 2005/2006 refurbusment 'season', Disney switched 'em - BB was closed in November and TL was closed earlier this year.
So, for the coming fall/winter... who knows? We'll have to wait until Disney announces the closures.

Uh, DH and I were at Typhoon Lagoon yesterday (Sunday 4/3/06) and it was certainly open.

Intercot (http://www.intercot.com/infocentral/calendar/parkhours.asp#October_Park_Hours) lists TL as closing for refurbishment on October 29. If it is usually closed for two months, then it should be open in January.
