Which water park is closed in Dec for rehab?

Thinking about surfing lessons for my boys and was wondering if it was BB or TL that goes down for rehab and when does it generally go down for refurb. THANKS!!!
 
We were there in mid-Dec and I remember watching to see how many people were at BB when it was chilly. So, I'm assuming TL is closed at that time.
