which resort recommendation for us? we are 5. kids 15, 13, 13.
trying pick between BC villa`WL villa (boulder) or Contempary garden wing
We have stayed in WL villa before and also BC main building and Contempary main building
any pros or cons to BC villa or garden wing that we may not know
thanks

CR garden wing will likely be most comfortable, as it has two real beds and the day bed. The sofa beds at VWL and BCV can be pretty variable for quality.

I assume villa = DVC studio?
Kids would likely prefer the BC pool as Stormalong Bay is generally regarded as the best pool complex on property. Plus you get great park proximity to Epcot and DHS.
The QS selection is on the weak side at BC, but it’s otherwise a great resort.

If you are trying to put five adult-sized people in one studio, you need to go bigger. A one bedroom at least. BLT has one bedroom villas that sleep five with a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa and twin sized sleeper chair in the living room. You'll find this similar layout at OKW and AKV, but not the value villas.

The one bedrooms at BLT and AKV-Kidani also both have a second full bathroom.... not a bad thing when five people are involved.

for us those three options are much cheaper than the others for the time we are going so we are locked in to those 3 for now.

How tall is your shortest kid? The murphy bed may be too short for any of them.

he is pretty short. I think he would be fine in it.
any pros or cons from any of these that I might not have thought of?

The bathrooms in the studios just have one sink instead of two. Floor space disappears when the sofa bed and Murphy bed are open. Since you have stayed at all three resorts, then you already know what each one has to offer. The garden wing room at the Contemporary is much larger than the DVC studios and that would be the option that I would take.

I, personally, would do BC (for the pool and proximity to two parks) or CR (for a more spacious, comfortable room and walking to MK). I would probably take WL off the list if you are planning any resort time as the pool there is quite small and probably won't appeal to your teens (my 10-year old was bored with it within minutes). If you want comfort, go CR. If you want a great pool, go BC.

IMO, I wouldn't put 5 people in a studio room - not with your kids ages. With that being said, I would choose the Contemporary Garden Wing because of the sleeping surfaces.
