would you stay at during your honeymoon?

DF and I are on a budget and are planning on staying longer rather than upgrading to a Deluxe or Moderate and staying for a shorter time.

We loved POP, have done the All-Stars, but have never done AoA. Which would you choose?

Or would you just suck it up, maybe stay for a bit shorter time and stay in a deluxe or moderate, would it really be worth it for us to do that instead?

I would probably treat myself to deluxe - specifically Beach Club Club Level if it were my honeymoon. I LOVED BC. hubby and i took turns sneaking away from the family twice at night to see Disney after dark. We agreed that EPCOT after dark would be a great couples adventure that we would like to try one day. And nothing beats strolling home from EPCOT at night - the atmosphere is very romantic in my opinion.

First of all Congratulations! Second I think it's worth it to upgrade. Just my humble opinion. DH and I were married at the GF and we were originally going to stay at a moderate to save. In the end we decided to bite the bullet and stay at the GF for our wedding and honeymoon. Yes it was more expensive, but it was worth it. For us we looked at it like this is a special occasion and we should treat ourselves. Truthfully I don't know if we will ever be able to justify staying there again (unless an amazing discount comes out), but that just makes it all the more special. Either way I'm sure your honeymoon will be magical. Good Luck with your choice.

how much time would you spend in the room??
I would do All Star Music - it is suppose to be the value with the least kids
if the plan is to be at the parks then I would go longer & stay value
if the plan is to be at the resort pool then upgrade

I would pick POP for a value since you know you love it. I personally didn't care for ASMu. If I stayed there again, it would definitely be in a preferred room.

I would probably try to upgrade to at least a moderate for my honeymoon though. It is a once in a lifetime event and it should be as magical as possible.

For a Honeymoon? No question I would spend less time and spend a little extra for a Deluxe. While Value resorts are fabulous for a budget friendly, in the Parks type of vacation - I would stay AKL or WL for a honeymoon trip.

Ok so, I don't know if I'd be able to swing a Deluxe, but I wouldn't mind upgrading to a moderate, what do you think are some perfect moderate resorts for a honeymoon? I was looking at POR and that looks nice, but I get mixed reviews on all of the mods from posts, what do you think?

I would definitely upgrade and stay a shorter time for a honeymoon!

I've never stayed at Port Orleans French Quarter, but I've read many times it is the most romantic/intimate of the moderates. Its small size is a plus, too.

Making a lifelong commitment to the one you love is magical. A honeymoon is magical. So I would ask myself where I find the most magic at Disney with my significant other. If it's in the parks, then Value for more magical time in the parks. Also if you just spend more time in the parks. If you go Deluxe, you'll have a wonderful place to lounge during the day, but that will only matter if it won't break your hearts to not be spending that same time in the parks. (Does that make sense?)

I love this answer, mainly because I know that a honeymoon is a really special occasion, but I can't seem to shy away from the longer vacation for the deluxe, because we LOVE spending most or all of our time in the parks! Thanks for the response
