Which Value?

We were in AS Movies last trip and really liked it, but want to try another value next year. The one thing we loved about AsMo was the big food court.

We don't want to stay in a HUGE Resort, that we have to walk alot to get to the main buildings and we'd love to be in a value that has the chance of having a little better bus service (is that even possible in a value?).

Do any of the values have a slide in the pool? Kids would love that.

So, which value would you choose? It's me, dh and ds 5, dd 4.

You might want to consider Pop Century. It has a great food court, and it's own bus route. The buses still only run about every 20 minutes or so. I also love the theming of Pop Century, and find it to be a bit more central than the other values.

All of the values are huge resorts, and may require a lot of walking to get to the main buildings if your room is in a far away building. You may want to look at map and request a certain area of the resort (like the 70's building at Pop Century).

None of the value resorts have a slide at the pool. You'd have to move up to a moderate resort to get a slide.

Another vote here for POP!! Huge food court, lots of selections and the biggest plus is not sharing a bus with the other resorts. We're headed there in 3 days & can't wait!!

And yet another vote for Pop! Pop's food court is large, they have a great gift shop and the grounds are just a ton of fun. The room furnishings are a bit nicer than ASMo as well. The best part is that Pop doesn't share it's buses like the All Stars do. I don't know if you have kids but the kiddie pool area is a splash pool and the bottom is lined with rubber foam or something which is great for little one's knees and feet. The Hippy Dippy pool is also huge and I love how the pool bar is a bit closer than the one at ASMo. There is also a splash fountain play area featuring Goofy, real Twister games that the kids can play and a ton of other fun features here and there. The game room is fairly large as well.

HTH!

Thanks for the replies! I was leaning towards Pop and was looking for some positive feedback! Can always count on this board for good advice - thanks!

I vote for Pop as well. We were just there in May with DGD5 and DGS8, and they really enjoyed the pool and the splash pad. I thought it was much easier to get around than the All-Stars. (Tip - request the 70's. Easy walk to the food court, the busses, the big pool, the playground, and the splash pad was on the way to everywhere! The kids loved it! :goodvibes
