Which Value Resort has most recently undergone a refurb?

Really would love opinions on this...which value resort seems the most shiny and new? I know that Pop is the newest, but it is probably getting close to refurb time.

So, which of the value resorts has most recently undergone a refurb?

Also, which value resort would you choose for your next vacation?
