Which value during Pop Warner?

Only part of our stay this December will coincide with the Pop Warner crunch (we'll be there 12/4-12/8). I've HEARD that the grounds at ASMu are pretty/more tranquil with more foliage, but the food court is nicer at Pop. We won't be at the resort much (we're commando tourists). However, we'd like to avoid the cheer practice and throngs of teams as much as possible. We won't be using the bus system much either since we'll have a car. The theming at Pop doesn't appeal to me much and AS sports is totally out.

So would you do ASMu, ASMo, or Pop during Pop Warner weekend if you had to pick one?

IF Swan/Dolphin offers a crazy awesome rate for gov't employees at the last minute, we'll switch there but for now, only the values fits our budget.

i was always of the impression that the groups do not stay at pop century... i'm sure others will know for sure, but if that's the case, that would be the resort for me!

From what I have been finding online the Pop Warner Kids stay at the ASMu and AS Sports with overflow to POR and POFQ.

As an aside I have stayed at POP my last two trips and have been very hapy both times, the food court is great, service is good as well and the buses seem to work the best for a value resort. Enjoy your trip!

The Allstar Sports and the Allstar Music are the 2 value resorts that have been offered in the past. Of course this can impact the Allstar Movies due to the sharing of buses.
The POP will be crowded because it is the only other value resort.

SCORE! Thanks guys! I guess I always just assumed that Pop Warner folks would stay at POP. So I think I'll present Movies and Pop to Dh and my parents (who will be joining us) as the options.

ASMo has the better theming (for us). TOTALLY Disney.

Pop has the better pool and food court.

We chose ASMo. We have stayed at ASMu and POP in the past, but even with Pop Warner crowds, I want to be in the AS's if I am going to have to go Value this year.

May I ask why? Is it the totally Disney theming of ASMo that you like better or was there something about the others that you didn't like?
