Which Vacation is Right for Me?

I just did! They recommend a six night stay at Saratoga Springs in a one bedroom villa. They also suggest Food & Wine and two days at each park except Epcot where they recommend one. Plus they added the dining plan. And then listed a pretty high price! :scared:

It was interesting and also a good way for them to push certain things. :)

Ok, I tried it also. I planned a solo trip in the fall. It suggested CBR with a pirate room! Hhmm...not anything that I would be interested in as a solo adult! They also suggested 2 days in each part except only one at Epcot and the QS dining plan. I think I had better plan my own trip. I don't think there is enough to do at DHS for two days but I definitely want 2 days at Epcot!

I just did it. Pretty far off base from what I would actually want. It suggested Art of Animation staying through Christmas Eve. No thanks.

So the parameters I entered were: family, relaxed, budget; everything but thrill rides and scary fun for activities; nothing specific for hotel features; dinner & a show for dining. It suggested a standard room at AoA with 2 days at MK, AK, HS and 1 day at EP, with quick-service dining plan. Actually pretty darn accurate for us! Y'know, aside from the fact that we can't afford to stay on Disney property, lol.

Interesting. It gave me a 5 day trip with 2 days at AK even though I did the family (MK being the obvious choice for 2 days). Had me at AoA family suit over Memorial Day weekend even though I did not click holiday. Very strange. Somethings they are obviously trying to push (no surprise that it gave me the dining plan) but other things are odd. Why are so many getting 1 day at Epcot when that's a park a lot of people hit twice and its attendance had been down. I do get steering people away from MK but 2 days at HS over Epcot?

ooh this was fun!

They recommended 7 nights in mid/late Sept at Contemporary with Theme Park Tower View, F&W Festival, dining plan, 8 day base ticket, 2 days MK, 1 day EP, 3 days AK, 2 days DHS
Places to eat were Mickeys BBQ, 1900 Park Fare and Crystal Palace. I will definitely use this tool when planning our summer trip next year. Even as an experienced planner, this did give me a few ideas I never thought of. Now their price, left a little to be desired :)

They were spot on with regards to park visits for a seven day trip for us: 2 MK, 1 EC, 2DHS and 2 AK. The got the dining plan correct also...if we were to get a dining plan it would be quick service. I have to disagree with them on the Art of Animation family suite though...I think we'll stick with Old Key West

Worked for me and I'm not in the USA. What it suggested was way out of my budget but still fun to think of different options as a way of thinking about what I really want.

It suggested Food & Wine, but only wants you to spend ONE day at EP????
Talk about contradicting yourself. Sounds like the computer has a personality disorder. :jester:
