Which TS are served family style?

Dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern in MK is served family style, lunch though is ala carte

When we went to Akerhus 2 years ago for dinner...there was a "buffet style" appetizer bar and then we each got to order our own entree and dessert. So I woudn't call it family style. Not sure about breakfast and lunch....

Oops..yes..not sure what I was thinking..it is family for just breakfast.
