Which Towncar Service?

It's time for me to make a decision. I need to hire a towncar to get us from MCO to Pop and back again.

I found one service that will make a personlized sign for our pick up. I wanted it to say "Mickey is waiting for Dee & Mason". 30 min. store stop and also stop in front of the WDW sign and take our picture with our camera, of course. $90.00. Murray Hill is the name of the company.

I have found a couple other services but they don't offer the personlized sign and a 15 or 20 min store stop and no mention of the picture at the entrance.

I would like to know if anyone has used this company?

Would appreciate all recommendations. Need to make the reservation soon.

I've been researching Murry Hill on these boards and they got favorable reviews. You also can't beat their price. I was a little leery since I hadn't heard of them before and obviously transportation is so critcal. I emailed them and was very happy with their responses so I decided to go for it. I'll be using them in October.

We used Murray Hill in June for our group. They were excellent! We had a van and a passenger car due to the size of our group. Both were there on time, loaded the bags, and very courteous. We didn't schedule a grocery stop but they asked if we would like to and we did take advantage of it.
It was raining when we were on our way to the Dolphin so we decided to postpone the picture until the way home. We did get our pic on the way home and it was nice. They take it with your own camera.
John Murray, the owner, is from New Jersey and relocated down in Orlando with his family.
Super customer service and reliability.
we likely will be using them again in Feb.

I found a URL for http://www.murryhill.com, but I did not see any reference for Town Car service... possibly I missed it.

Hi

We just got back from a trip and used Murray Hill- they were great. I paid id advance with my credit card, so only had to tip the driver. The driver was on time and great communication. We did take advantage of the grocery stop.

This was during the hurricane and our trip back to the airport was cancelled (closing of airport) The driver called us Friday night to see if our flight was cancelled. We told him it was cancelled and had to find a way to Tampa. He said he would try to find a way for us. Unfortunatley, due to phone outage, etc., we didnt hear back from him. We rented a car to Tampa. Anyhoo, I called the company when I got back and they are issuing a credit for half of the trip.

I would definately use them again!

I am absolutely calling Murray Hill today and booking our town car with them. Sounds like a good company to deal with.

We have used them twice in the past, once with the six of us (two adults and four children) and once with just me and DH. WONDERFUL service, grocery stop if needed. I even asked to stop and get a picture of the WL entrance. NO PROBLEM!! Didn't even realize that that was a "perk"!!

WHEN (keep your fingers crossed) my DD's teams qualify for the Pop Warner Nat'l Cheer Comp again this season, we will be using them again WITHOUT A DOUBT!

I'm pretty sure they do, however go to there website www.transportation2disney.com you will get the information you need.

Golden Limousine is who I use. They have both stretch limo's and towncars, and are about the only limo company in the area who has never had a complaint on these boards.

Jimmy is the best! I'm sure that they will do a personalized sign, and I know a grocery stop is no problem.

I called and made my reservation today w/Murray Hill. I was really surprised when she quoted me $80.00 instead of $90.00. Works for me!

I rented a towncar, round trip. With a 30 min. store stop, picture taking at the WDW entrance included.

Ladydancer - I just e-mailed Murry Hill too for our trip in December! I'll call them when my trip gets a little closer to ask for a personalized sign - my daughter would love to see a sign for "Princess Allison"!

I also asked for the picture at the entrance! Can't wait!!

I just booked our transportation with Murray Hill since Priceline finally accepted a bid for the Crown Plaza Airport hotel.

We'll see how things go.

Do they have a video in the car for the kids? Not necessary, but nice.
