Which tours, events, etc. need reservations?

It's been more than a year since I've been to Disneyland, and I can't remember what events, tours, special seating areas, etc. require advance reservations.

Last year, we did the Fantasmic special seating and the Segway tour, both of which needed advance reservations.

What other things are available to book? i.e. priority seating at Aladdin? Have any new tours, events, priority seating, etc. been added in the past year?

Most of the priority seatings for attractions are for people who buy travel packages. There are 4 tours that require reservations, as well as Fantasmic dessert, as you know. Other than that, you are pretty much set.
