I haven't eaten at Tony's, but we really enjoy the Plaza. It doesn't cost much more than a quick service meal and to us is better. I've had the burger and the club sandwich and enjoyed both.
Love the plaza. We repeat it. They are both different kinds of food,- plaza is more sandwichy, but oh so good. Tonys is spaghetti, chicken parm , etc. It was "meh". I don't see any reason to go back. But the plaza?, now that's a keeper!
I actually love BOTH and eat at both for each trip! I love Tony's for a late lunch, around 2:30 because we can sit and watch the parade go by from there. The flatbread pizzas are really good there too! And The Plaza is a traditional, first night meal for us.
I've had the Plaza three times and, while I'm never blown away by it, it is good each time. I've had Tony's once and said never again. So I would cancel Tony's.
Been to both and neither an "eye opening" experience. Of the two, the lesser evil is The Plaza. Tony's is in need of some TLC (food wise). The Plaza is a sandwich place and if that is what you would be looking for you may want to venture away from MK and hit up "Earl of Sandwich". Their Chipotle Chicken Avocado is very good (my personal fav.).
