Which time would you go???

My daughter is entering in kindergarten next year. In Dec. '08 we are taking her out of school for a week to take a Disney Cruise. We want to go to the Disney parks, but are planning to do them in 2009. By that time she will be in first grade and I don't want her missing alot of school so these are the choices we have come up with for times that we can go:

A week in Jan.
A week in Feb
A week in Sept
A week in Oct.

She has time off in all of these months so which would you choose as far as the crowds being the least???

We love January and the crowds are at a minimum. MLK will up crowds a little but still not too bad. Temps can be cold but we have never missed a park day over weather.

January seems like the best bet for crowds. We have been there then and it was never bad, a bit cold some days - but not underbearable (like 50-60). Or Oct and you can go to the Halloween Party

I agree with Jan.

Feb. many schools have mid-winter break and the crowds pick up.

We have gone in October and had a blast, so that would be good too.

Sept. is still super hot and humid and you can hit a hurricain (actually, we hit Rita in October.) but the crowds in Sept. are awesome.

September is too soon after school starts, and President's week in February can be very crowded. My vote is for October or February!!!

September is TOO HOT for me! I haven't been in October so I can't comment about that time. I worked the college program Jan-May this past year, and both Jan and Feb were wonderful (and empty) as far as crowds. Since you will probably have off for the holidays, I would pick late Jan/ early Feb to spread things out a bit. The weather is generally gorgeous!!! Good luck with your choice!
