Which time share to choose?

We belong to Interval International. We stayed at The Blue Tree Resort and was very happy staying there. On our next trip we stayed at Marriott's Cypress Harbour. We thought we had died and went to heaven. We loved every minute of our time there. Does anyone have any recommendations or maybe thoughts on resorts not to choose? There will be 6 of us this time. We range in ages from 77 to 8 months.

The Wyndham Plams is great, our number 1 choice.
Alos very good were the Westgate Town Center, and the Westgate Vacation Villas.

I liked all of those much better than the Blue Tree.

We stayed at the Blue Tree and thought is was just okay. The Polynesian Isles is really nice also Cypress Pointe Grandvillas. Check www.tripadvisors.com to see what others think. Good luck.

We also stayed at Marriott's Cypress Harbour and thought it was great. In April we stayed at Horizons by Marriott (located next to Cypress Harbour) and, although it is not complete, thought it was also a good Marriott resort. Depending on the ages of any kids in your group, I'd check out Horizons - the pirate ship themed pool and the "spray ground" area were lots of fun for my kids (4 and 6). There is mini golf on site, but not much for food, just the pool side bar/snack bar (usual burgers, fries, etc.).

I would not stay at Westgate - there salespeople do not understand "NO"

all the Marriott are pretty great

there are several - when are you going? I also belong to II.

Sheraton Vistana has also joined II - so there new units are open to II.

how good is your trader? if good look for the DVC resorts - Disney's OKW, BWV, BCV, VWL, SSR - are all currently listed on the tug - sightings/distress.

You will love being on site and having a condo - okay more of the listing for the DVC are only studios or 1-bedroom - not many 2-bedroom - but they do happen.

If you aren't seeing any Marriott at present - you might be looking too far in the future.

Cypress Point at Lake Buena Vista,
all the Marriott - Cypress Harbour, Grande Vista, Imperial Palms, Royal Palms, Sabal Palms,
some people like Summer Bay, also Wyndham Palms resort is popular. plus as mentioned Sheraton Vistana Resort.

We tried to get one of the DVC's last time but no luck. Cypress Harbour was available so we just took that. We were going the first week of December. This time we are going the first week of May. We wanted to try something different but I am afraid anything else might be a let down. I am not very savvy about how things trade but we have a red week. I just found the TUG board yesterday and have found out some really interesting things about some of the properties. The children in the group will be 5 years old and 8 mons old. I appreciate all your comments. We want to make a decision by the first of the year.

in the getaways I am seeing several Marriott - Cypress Harbour, Grande Vista, Royal Palms, Sabal Palms - you might ask for these for your exchange and see what II tells you.
