If you are using the automated quote site, after you select your cabin the next screen gives you the total price for the cruise and then further down that page it asks your dining preference, table size, bed preference etc... As far as other requests, you can always e-mail them.
They really are very accomadating. If you don't mind conducting all business via e-mail you will not have any problems going with them. We had a couple of people in our group that were leary of using an on-line agent - but they finally agreed (I think the price difference got to them

) An example of their service - My brother was inroute to Florida and realized he didn't have his cruise documents. I e-mailed cruisequick at about 11:30 PM and I had the e-docs by 1:00 AM. (we were cruising w/
RCCL and we were using e-docs). Their service is great and their prices are too!!!
