My husband and I are planning a 5 night stay without the kids. Which studio would you stay at and why? So far we're leaning towards OKW, BWV, or AKL-Jambo (value). Don't want to use too many points. Thanks for your opinions.

Without the kids I would pick BWV so you can take advantage of the night life at the various venues in the area.

OKW, so we both could have a real bed to sleep in with plenty of room. We don't do good sharing a queen sized bed for sleeping and we're going to have to flip for the sleeper sofa if there is one.

We'd get a one bedroom at OKW and enjoy the stay.

It depends on what type of vacation it is and what parks you want to visit. We almost always stay at BWV, and we go to Epcot and DHS a lot, the other parks maybe once.

We stayed in a AKV Jambo Value earlier this month and I would have no problems staying there with DH for five nights. Plenty of room for us. The only thing I didn't really like, was the two sinks. I never thought I'd think that way, but I would have preferred to have more vanity counter space instead of the second sink. The dedicated value studio, room 5016, we had was located on the Giraffe Trail and it even had a real closet in the hallway in addition to the armoire which normally acts as a closet in a value studio.

My DH and I are getting ready to spend 3 nights in a AKV Value studio. I think that resort is beautiful; I can't wait!

I don't know where you own, but if you don't own at AKV, you may have trouble booking a value studio. There are only 5 of them, I think. I booked mine to the minute that MS opened exactly 11 months out. If you can't book a value studio though, the standard studios at Jambo House are poolview, and the view is beautiful with all the lush vegetation and the lights at night.

We just got back from an OKW studio, but we had the kids, which was nice with the 2 queen beds. I think the 2 beds would make it a little less romantic though, so if this is a romantic trip, I'd pick a studio with the queen bed and sofa instead.

I've never stayed at BWV, so I can't comment on that.

Good luck deciding.
