which Stroller Rental company do you use?

we have rented a stroller 2 times now with no problem, but would like your input... which stroller rental do you use and why?
we will have it for 9 days... thanks

also, do you usually get the insurance offered? if not has anyone that didn't get it ever have a problem and have to pay for broken, lost or stolen stroller?

I have only rented once and used Kingdom Strollers. I shopped around and went with them because of good reviews and pricing. We had a good experience and would use them again if I was going to rent.

We have rented from Apple the last two times. Price was great, imo, and both times the stroller we received was practically brand new. Very, very clean. We will use them next time we go without any hesitation.

apple is still doing the 'free' just pay $5.00 a day for insurance...makes it about half price of the others... how can they afford that?

After our trip in August 2014 we will never rent from Apple again. We had had two previous rentals from them with no issues. Last year they gave us the dirtiest, nastiest stroller that I have ever seen in a rental. Even the gentlemen from bell services who brought it out to us made a comment regarding the shape the stroller was in. Parts were broken and the handle was so sticky when we pushed it. We called the next day and asked them to replace it. They did send us another one which was somewhat cleaner but still had some broken parts. In May we used Kingdom and the shape of the stroller was completely different. While I could see some wear in the stroller in was clean and everything on it worked.

thanks, I have read other reports of Apple sometimes delivering dirty strollers... I may stick with Orlando stroller rentals... we have used them twice. one of the times our stroller had a piece break and couldn't be pushed up over a sidewalk... we contacted them and they had a new one waiting for us at our resort when we got back from the parks...

In 2013, we rented once from Kingdom Strollers and once from Apple. we had excellent experiences with both companies. Both strollers were clean, the prices were good (apple won out there). The service overall as excellent from both.

We were very happy with Orlando Stroller Rentals. The stroller was nice and the free rain cover came in handy. We didn't buy the insurance, but had no issues so I don't know there.

We used Kingdom Strollers. Very happy with the service, the stroller was very clean, one small tear in the side of the fabric (perhaps from being scraped against the cement while folded) but nothing that hindered function, just cosmetic. We purchased insurance last year and for our upcoming trip this year. You don't hear of stroller theft very often at all, but for me, $20 is a bargain when it comes to peace of mind. Especially since it covers damage as well, and my boys are known to destroy things!

We've rented from Kingdom strollers 4 times and will be using them again this November. Very happy with the quality, service & selection (my daughter is now 4 so nice to have larger models!).

There are factors to consider. When our daughter was five we rented a stroller. The stroller rental companies had a flat rate for rental day ranges. We were at their lowest days of rentals and the price compared well with the Disney rates. A longer stay we would have gone with an agency.

With a five year old, it was nice to not have to carry a stroller on the bus back to the resort.

Age and length of stay are things to consider.

Hi! We have used Orlando Stroller Rentals and had a very positive experience with them. we bought the travel insurance because the last thing I want to worry about on vacation is having to replace some one else's stroller. The $$$ is worth my piece of mind!

I really don't know how they continue the offer. I thought we paid $8 per day this past Dec but I may be mistaken. I think, maybe in part, they are primarily a wheelchair and ECV company (I think...) so the stroller thing is fairly new for them, and maybe they are still trying to break into the market. That stinks to read that some have had bad experiences. Our two rentals have been amazingly clean.

We rented from Kingdom strollers in July 2014 and we loved them. The stroller was in great condition, the quality of the stroller and rain cover and the service. We will be renting from them again when we go.
