Which State Room Categories sleep 4?

Which state room categories sleep 4? And on what Decks...

Cat 11 and up have some rooms that sleep 4. They are virtually on all decks that have staterooms. Cat 7 previously held 3 or fewer, but DCL is now saying up to 4 on their site; I assume that has something to do with the obstructed view veranda rooms recently downgraded from 6 to 7.
