There used to be an annually updated map in the Vacation Magic magazine that gave the total of members per state. I think New Jersey or New York were the states with the most members.

I remember seeing one of those articles (last year maybe).....Rhode Island was pretty high on the list, too. The only reason that sticks in my head is because we're from RI and it surprised me. Maybe it was done as a % of the state's population .
